Cece was trained and certified by Barnum and Bailey, and is a member in good standing of several professional clowning organizations. She has taught clowning for over 20 years, and has worked with abused and terminally ill children. Throughout her 35 years of professional clowning, she has performed in Canada and the UK, and has worked with many celebrities. As you can see, CeCe the Clown is the real deal!
